Mission
Why Strike exists
Bring professional basketball back to Chattanooga — root the sport in the community and give the city a team to call its own.

Community
Chattanooga Strike is more than a roster and a schedule. We are building a hometown basketball home — for families, for local talent, and for the energy of Chattanooga.
Our City. Our Game. Our Strike. Ownership runs this organization out of passion for the game and the community, not personal profit.
In the gym
The work starts with the people in the bleachers, the huddle on the floor, and the coaches who keep this team together.

Mission
Bring professional basketball back to Chattanooga — root the sport in the community and give the city a team to call its own.
Vision
Become the energy center for Chattanooga basketball and a launching pad for local talent — on the floor, in neighborhoods, and across the Scenic City.
Philosophy
Drawn from our sponsorship story and the way this franchise is actually run: local first, youth-minded, and built to last beyond a single season.
The Strike ownership group does not take profit from the team. This organization is run out of passion for the game and for Chattanooga — every dollar of support is meant to strengthen the franchise, the experience, and the community around it.
Strike exists to serve and represent Chattanooga. We build through schools, youth programs, churches, neighborhood groups, and local businesses — the relationships that make this city strong.
Our intent is simple: high-level local basketball that gives players a stage, families a place to gather, and young athletes a clearer pathway to grow. Strike should be a launching pad, not a closed circle.
We want Strike nights to model unity, sportsmanship, and affordable family entertainment — real pro ball without the distance of big-league sports.
How we show up
Energy center
Home games, clinics, appearances, and community nights should pull the city together around one shared floor and one shared standard.
Youth & schools
Youth and school teams can connect with Strike for complimentary admission when arranged in advance, plus clinic and appearance support when schedules allow.
Developmental future
Strike is building toward sustained local basketball platforms — including developmental pathways — so opportunity does not end when the final buzzer sounds.
